The Automatic cutlery sorting and packing system is designed to automatically sort washed cutlery into complete sets. Each set of  cutlery is

then automatically wrapped and sealed in clear plastic or paper bag. Optional automatic feeder for paper napkin and/or toothpicks can be added.

Our sorting system works by a patented procedure to separate and identify cutlery as a  knife, fork, spoon or tea-spoon, by means of a camera system at up to a capacity of 4800pcs per hour.

The system is specifically targeted to meet the needs of airline catering industry, hospitals, prisons, and other similar institutions that need to wash and process and pack cutlery on a large scale.
